RENDANG SANDWICH $12
Strips of our seitan marinated in scratch-made coconut rendang paste, with a charred scallion, mint and green chili sambal, crunchy cucumber acar (spicy pickles), in fresh baguette. Served with prawnless crackers.

Rendang is a type of curry originally from Minangkabau (Indonesia), that has become a staple in many Southeast Asian countries, including Singapore.

TURNIP CAKES (GF) $9
A version of the dim sum and hawker stall classic. Pan fried savory white radish, carrot and shiitake mushroom cakes served with our hoisin and pickled purple daikon.

MAPO YUBA CCF $12
Pulled yuba in red meaty gravy of preserved broad beans and tingly Sichuan peppercorn, served over fresh chewy wide rice noodles, topped with shredded cabbage, spice-roasted sunflower seeds and herbs.
