S+M VEGAN x HODO FOODS at Norcal Soy & Tofu Festival 2018

We're excited to be a part of this year's Soy and Tofu Festival in SF Japantown through a partnership with local tofu maker Hodo!
We will be at Hodo Foods' booth all day cooking up some tasty eats featuring their delicious soybean products:

YUBA E PEPE (GF)
Hodo yuba noodles, shredded Savoy cabbage, edamame, three-peppercorn and fermented tofu cream, lemon breadcrumbs and fresh herbs. $6

MALTED CHOCOLATE SOYMILK (GF)
We're blending Hodo's rich and nutty fresh soy milk with malt and cocoa for a refreshing yet decadent iced beverage. $4

Don't miss our cooking demo at 1:40pm showcasing Hodo's tofu and yuba with this dish:
CARROT CHORIZO ON YUBA CHIPS (GF)
Smoked Hodo tofu and carrot chorizo, crisped yuba, pickled mustard seeds.
(There will be free samples of this following the demo!)
