Our thick-cut Chinese BBQ seitan, shiitake five spice pate, burnt scallion aioli, cucumber and napa cabbage slaw, and fresh herbs on baguette served with a side of garlic “prawn” crackers.

GOLDEN TOFU TIGER SALAD

Soft chickpea tofu, shredded Napa cabbage, celery, pickled radishes and fresh herbs dressed in sesame vinaigrette and topped with crushed peanuts and fermented tofu garlic cream.
